Jinja - The Member of Parliament for Budiope West constituency John Bosco Mubito has urged government to establish a blood bank in the Busoga region.
The MP, who was speaking at the recent celebrations to mark the International Red Cross Youth Day, said five people in the Busoga region die every day due to lack of blood.
