With nearly Shs50 million spent annually on printed statements, the National Social
Security Fund (NSSF) has finally moved away from paper to electronic services.
Members of the fund can now access detailed statements of their contributions online and mobile phones anywhere without necessarily going to NSSF offices. To implement the new eservices, NSSF has also set up a call centre to handle all inquiries from 7 am-9pm Monday to Saturday.
