Rubaga North MP Singh Katongole yesterday petitioned court challenging the constitutionality of Moses Kasibante’s decision to form a partisan army called the armed forces of Rubaga North.
Katongole petitioned the Constitutional Court to stay the proceedings of the election petition filed by Kasibante in the High Court pending the hearing and determination of the constitutional petition he
has filed.
