Bundibugyo - The Bwamba county inspector of schools Ramathan Kaguruki has been arrested for abuse of office and causing financial loss of about Shs5m to government.
According to the western region police spokesman Mugha Bakari, the suspect who is currently detained at Bundibugyo police post, has been conniving with teachers from private schools and enrolled them on the government payroll.
He identified some of the teachers as William Bihamba and Jaffer Bwambale of
