‘Bishop’ in trouble for illegally trading in parrots

Entebbe - A renowned pastor at Entebbe Power Center Church, ‘Bishop’ Charles Kiwanuka Kaisaali is in trouble for allegedly trading in parrots without a Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) license.

Kaisaali, who narrowly survived being arrested by police and officials from the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC), had just sold a parrot to some Pakistanis at Shs500, 000.

Consequently, the UWEC staff with police raided his home after a tip off that he had other parrots
