Govt rejects C'wealth appeal over terror suspect

A terror suspect’s hopes of getting out of custody in double-quick time have been dealt a blow on the head. Uganda has rejected an appeal made by the Commonwealth Lawyers’ Association over the unconditional release of terror suspect Al-Amin Kimathi.
