The terror threat in the country has increased and will now intrude into people’s privacy, but for good reasons. This is because police have asked courier service providers in Uganda to screen all mail as one way to fight terrorism. Aiming to stay one step ahead of the security agencies, terrorists could diversify their means of getting the job done, one way being the use of parcel bombs.
