Clerics, medics clash over circumcision

Bushenyi - Religious leaders and medical personnel have disagreed over circumcision, with the former saying the practice encourages rampant sexual immorality. According to Rev Can Norbert Tibikoma, the Archdeacon at the All Saints Church in greater Bushenyi, clergymen will not compromise their stand on morality including abstinence and fidelity.
