LUUKA - Police in Bukooma Sub County have mounted a manhunt for a runaway 25 year-old man who is alleged to have assaulted his wife.
It is reported that Sam Kasiko, a resident of Bukoova village in Nabyoto parish, hacked his wife Zam Kasiko, 20 with a hoe after he found her selling potatoes to their neighbour Ms Jane Kisitu to get money to buy food.
