Like many Ugandans I have followed the encroachment on Katosi, Lubigi and Kasokoso wetlands in Namanve with keen interest, first because it is occupied by the former 1986 Bush war veterans of the National Resistance Army. These veterans were first camped in Katanga-Kubili beneath Mulago Hospital before some were of late deployed at the NRM headquarters on Kyadondo road.
