Parliament in sitting order dilemma

The Speaker of the Ninth Parliament Rebecca Kadaga yesterday conducted orientation of the new MPs on the Rules of Procedure but it became evident that when serious business resumes soon the unresolved issue of the sitting order of the independent and special interest legislators will remain a sticky matter in the House.
