Sign of peace at last

President Museveni’s public exchange of a handshake with UPC party president Olara Otunnu is a sign of peace if we are to relate to the circumstances that have been taking place in which Dr Otunnu himself was involved. Otunnu’s handshake leaves in the people of Uganda no doubt that he also advocates the peace in this country.
