URA-the team

What we know as URA FC today, started off in 1997 from what used to be URA end of year inter-departmental sports competitions. The people instrumental in the organisation of these competitions at the time under URA Sports Committee included among others; Justin Zake ( then the Commissioner for Finance and Administration, later the Deputy Commissioner General – Revenue), Joash Muhumuza (the Deputy Commissioner for Finance), Mpeka Muhumuza (the Assistant Commissioner for IT), Ms. Flavia
