Youth told to avoid rustling

Karamoja - Youth here have been urged to avoid ill-gotten wealth including cattle rustling and armed robbery. Speaking to The Razor at his offices, the Amudat Resident District Commissioner Steven Nsubuga Bewaayo, said the youth need to embrace honesty and discipline if their area is to develop.
“Several communities are turning a blind eye to ill-gotten wealth and that is setting a bad precedent for Karamoja,” Bewaayo Nsubuga said.
