Army ends arms destruction exercise

MOROTO - A team of army field engineers led by Lt Col Fred Karara has successfully end a one-week arms destruction exercise in Karamoja. Lt Col Karara, the Inspector General of Military Equipment and the National Focal Point person on Small Arms and Light Weapons, Commissioner of Police Ahmed Wafuba were overseeing the exercise in the Karamoja sub region, earlier declared a no-fly zone by the Commander of Land Forces Lt General Edward Katumba Wamala.
