The tide is steadily turning against Prof. Gilbert Bukenya weeks after he was fired as President Museveni’s vice president. The under fire former vice president yesterday denied charges of abuse of office and fraudulent practice after he was arraigned before the Anti-Corruption Court on the two offences.
