Council declares war on corruption gurus

Arua - The new district council under Sam Nyakua Wadri has pledged to fight corruption. “I will not tolerate corruption, and I urge you to back me because there is a saying that when your rear (sic) is itching, scratch it, don’t pretend to scratch your head which is not itching,”
