Hoima-A war of words has broken out between the acting town clerk Amir Nsamol and the district land board chairman Sephatia Mboneraho, with each official accusing the
other of sabotaging the establishment of a Shs800m garbage recycling plant.
Speaking exclusively to The Razor, Nsamol said that despite securing land in Kibati at a cost of Shs140m, Mboneraho has refused to sign on the documents to enable the Hoima municipal council authorities process the land
