Arua - The former district chairman Richard Andama Ferua who was jailed for failing to pay house rent has been released from prison. This was after the Resident District Commissioner Arua Col (rtd) Ibrahim Abiriga and current district chairman Wadri Sam Nyakua, stood surety for him on, June 24.
