BUDUDA - The Minister for Water has said that the government will soon enforce tree-planting in a bid to conserve the environment and also to boost the economy. Maria Mutagamba’s remarks were contained in a speech read for her by the ministry’s Director of Environment Gershom Onyango, during the commemoration of the World Environment Day, held at Bulucheke Sub County in Bududa, an area devastated by landslides.
