Mukono - The Office of the Inspector General of Government is to investigate how Shs8.5bn was diverted from the Commonwealth Heads of State and Government Meeting (Chogm) and used for the construction of the Northern Bypass. The disclosure was made by the IGG Raphael Baku Obudra, while opening the 16th Inspectorate of Government Regional office in Mukono district on June 14.
Cagey about revealing those behind the diversion, Baku said the two were different undertakings
