Kawempe’s Mayor has protested the construction of a sewerage treatment plant in Lubigi Wetland saying it may cause more floods in the area. He wants the project halted. “I have instructed my lawyers to seek court order to stop the project,” Mr. Mubaraka Munyagwa, the mayor said.
