Kisenyi explosion injures onenational

Panic gripped Kisenyi, a city slum with strong Somali presence when an explosion went off at 4.30am yesterday injuring a 17 year old Somali national. The explosion first believed to be a bomb blast but later dismissed as something else, left many Somalis, majority of whom are refugees, scampering for dear life.
