An almost rusty Moses Ali turned up for his inauguration yesterday as third deputy premier and deputy leader of Government Business only to mistakenly take the oath of office of a substantive prime minister. Ali who has spent the last five years out of public office was among at least 70 ministers, vetted and approved by the appointments committee of Parliament last week who took their oaths of office yesterday at State House Entebbe.
