After many years at the helm of the National book Trust of Uganda , the chairman of the book trust James Tumusiime
relinquished the post to Martin Okia at a function that took place last Friday at the Public Library on Buganda Road. Okia has also been one of the pioneer members of the organisation which has been in existence since 1997.
In an interview with The Razor, the outgoing chairman James Tumusiime said that a lot has been achieved and done by the organisation
