Jinja - The High Court here has set July 29, as the date it will rule on a petition challenging the academic papers of Hajji Kawugu Mugaino, the elected Kamuli District chairman. This is the third time the 65-year old Kawugu is being dragged to court over his academic papers.
On his first attempt at politics where he was elected district chairman in 2001, Kawugu’s academic papers were challenged and his election was cancelled paving way for the late Charles Isabirye
