What is the meaning of the Human rights day?

The Human Rights day was celebrated on June 26. But if you asked a crowd of Ugandans whether they even know what human rights means they would opt for a jail term than respond. Better still, ask our security organisations whether they know that brutal arrest of walking men is abuse of human rights.
