Court has sentenced a man to 24 hours of community service for driving under the influence of alcohol. The magistrates’ court at Mwanga II on Tuesday sentenced Lucky Mbogo Juma, 26, a resident of Mengo to community service to serve in the same area he was arrested, at Rubaga Cathedral parking area Court heard that on July 16, Mbogo, a local artist was arrested by police as he drove out from Rubaga Cathedral parking area, almost knocking other cars in the process.
