Soroti - As the economic troubles bite harder following increased costs of fuel and other commodities, the Soroti based East African Civil Aviation Academy (EACAA), has been plunged into chaos, with eight aircraft grounded.
According to the guild president Alex Okunon, 165 students have not had practical flight lessons because the school has now gone for two months without aviation fuel, Avgas.
