Mayuge - Police have arrested a 70-year old man for allegedly defiling a 13-year old girl. Mayuge district police OC CID Paul Paddy Bogere said Wilberforce Kaita reportedly had carnal knowledge of the minor after buying her baked bread (chapatti).
