Buyende - A habitual offender who has been in police custody for allegedly stealing goats stabbed himself at Iringa police station and later died in hospital, shocking the policemen. According to Joseph Lubandi, the officer in charge at Iringa police station, Juma Mutumba was found alive and lying in a pool of blood, with the knife dangling loosely in his neck.
