Congolese steal 800 cows

NTOROKO - Over 100 pastoralists from Rwebisengo Sub County have expressed concern over the rampant theft of cattle, allegedly carried out by armed thugs from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The pastoralists claim that the Congolese, who sneak into Uganda cattle after crossing River Semuliki in Butungama Sub County, have stolen over 800 head of cattle from them.
