KIBOGA - Police and the Pastoral Women Alliance to Break Cultural Chains (PWABC), a non government organisation, recently started training paralegals to help fight crime in the district.
PWABC is funded by the US, Finland and Kenyan governments and is currently training 100 paralegals to operate in local communities, focusing mainly on fighting domestic violence, protection of human and child rights and interpreting laws.
