Kiboga - An inmate at Kiboga government prison who had escaped from lawful custody was shot dead by prison warders.
Charles Nangusha, the Kiboga District Prisons Commander, identified the deceased as 30-year old Twaha Ssekayombya, a local resident of Nakasagazi village, Kibiga sub-county in Kiboga district.
