Executive Kampala Mayor takes office

As Kampala City heads into a season of restructuring to re-align itself with the Kampala Capital City Act passed by Parliament last year, the Minister for Kampala Beatrice Wabudeya yesterday assured qualified KCC workers that their jobs are safe. The unqualified, she said, shall leave honourably.
