Government is mistaken over school fees increments

Whenever our political leaders come up to make statements or reactions concerning national issues, they live countless questions unanswered. Reading the most recent issue released by the information minister Hon. Kabakumba Matsiko in regard to school fees increment for Term Two, one must ask oneself whether she really understands the situation in Uganda today. It is worrying if some animals are more equal than others.
