Govt moves to probe Besigye bail

Government has expressed discomfort with the Judiciary for continuously granting bail to FDC leader Dr Kizza Besigye and has since hatched plans to block any more bail grants. While appearing before the Defence and Internal Affairs parliamentary committee yesterday, state minister for Internal Affairs Matia Kasaija said his ministry wants circumstances under which Besigye continues to be granted bail investigated.
