Five local sports journalists are set to battle for this year’s rugby award at a function to be held at Kampala Sheraton Hotel on Thursday.
Johnson Were, Ahmed Hussein, Ismail Dhakaba, Dorothy Nekesa and Felix Eupal are on the shortlist where the winner will walk home with a glittering trophy in addition to a Shs500, 000 cash prize.
“There is no better way to appreciate the role of the media in the development of the sport than recognising them with an accolade,”
