Uganda’s only representative at this year’s African Rally Championship (ARC) Moses Matovu’s dreams of picking points at the South African continental event at the weekend were blown apart after an early retirement on Friday.
The Tanzania-based Ugandan driving with Zambian Essa Mohammed bowed out after their car developed mechanical problems.
