Kampala too broke for netball

Kampala City Council netball club has pulled out of the East African Championship slated for April 29 to May 5. KCC had replaced UPDF, who earlier pulled out of the tournament citing unavailability of players because of the military games. “We have been informed that KCC are not going because of financial problems but the remaining three teams will travel,” said Fred Mugerwa, a UNF official.

But as broke KCC pulled out Police, Prisons and defending champions NIC
