Kobs’ qualifier game shifted to Namboole

The sorry state of Nakivubo Stadium’s pitch has forced Fufa to shift Uganda’s U-23 All Africa Games qualifier against Tanzania to Mandela National Stadium - Namboole. The game will be played on April 16, according to Fufa’s Chief Executive Officer Edgar Watson.

“Nakivubo would have been convenient for the fans but we don’t want to face an embarrassing scenario similar to what happened during the Victors game,” said Watson.
