Police have arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly defiling a 14-year-old girl. Claodio Kimbugwe allegedly promised the victim Shs5,000 but only gave her Shs2,000 after satisfying his sexual desire in an unfinished house in Nabweru in the outskirts of Kampala. The officer in charge of investigations Nabweru Police Post, John Bosco Opio told The Razor yesterday morning that Kimbugwe was arrested after a neighbor saw the pair emerge from the house late in the evening.
