Jinja - Teachers have been urged to avoid drinking heavily and to develop the culture of saving. Addressing the annual general meeting for the Jinja Municipal Council teachers SACCO, the Principal Education Officer Jonathan Kamwana said that teachers are some of the lowest paid civil servants in the country and that they have to save if they are to improve their livelihood.
