Uganda Air wants to handle Entebbe cargo

Uganda Air Cargo Corporation (UACC), a Ministry of Defence investment arm in the aviation industry, plans to enter the lucrative ground-handling business at Entebbe International Airport. Currently both passenger and cargo handling at Entebbe is dominated by Entebbe Handling Services (ENHAS), a firm owned by Foreign Affairs minister Sam Kutesa.

The new move was announced by UACC corporation secretary Maj Eria Nantamu in an interview with The Razor last week.
