Karamoja - The Regional Police Community Liaison Officer Richard Maruk, has urged school administrators and parents to initiate measures to deter child trafficking in the region. Maruk was on Saturday, May 7, speaking at the Napak Central Police Station during the reunion of 104 street children picked from the streets of Kampala, with their kin.
