Cricketers pay the price of failure

Uganda’s national cricket team squad has been disbanded after their dismal display in the World Cricket League division two in Dubai last month. The team’s South African coach, Conrad Shukri, has also been sacked. But the team’s other coach, Kenyan Martin Suji, retains his job as the Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) gets to grips with relegation to WCL division three and sets out to chart a way back up.
