Fort Portal Municipal Council has terminated DICON construction company’s contract to put up council offices. This came after the company failed to finish the first phase by December last year. According to the Town Clerk, Richard Alituha, the council had signed a Shs400 million contract that DICON failed to honour.
Alituha revealed that the company was paid Shs122 million as advance. After evaluation by the council supervisors DICON were again given Shs123 million. Alituha said after
