Gays vow not to relent over anti-homo bill

The gay community in the country has vowed not to relent over the Anti-Homosexuality Bill 2009, even when it is passed into law, insisting that they cannot change their status. Appearing before the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs committee yesterday, homosexuals condemned the Bill saying it will not resolve the problem.
