Police have arrested a soldier’s wife for allegedly stealing omnibus-type vehicles and selling them off for spare parts. The woman, identified as Edireda Tunda, is wife to Lt Henry Semakula, who is attached to Bombo Army Barracks. Tunda, together with her alleged accomplice Magidu Nsubuga, a mechanic at a Bwaise garage, were arrested on Sunday and are being held at Kawempe Police Station.
