Rukungiri - The district chairperson Zedekia Karokora has fallen victim to the heavy deployment in the town after he was beaten by army men on the evening of May 7. Karokora, who was also allegedly taunted for ‘failing to manage the district’, was forced to blow out a fire that had been set on old tyres by an unidentified group of people.
